Carers Advice

Important Update About Support From The Local Carers’ Support Service

You may or may not be aware that following government guidance, the Carers’ Support Service has suspended all face-to-face activity.
Our offices are closed to the public but we are still providing information and support over the phone, by text and email.

To ensure we can offer support for as long as possible, staff are mostly working from home, with a minimal number present in the office to take calls and coordinate support.

Please contact us on our usual numbers (or by email) if you would like to speak to someone about your caring role. It may take us a little longer than usual to respond to your call, but remember we are here to listen and support you at this difficult time.
