We are sorry you have had a bad experience at our surgery, if you have a concern or a complaint please raise them by following the link below. We aim to review these complaints within 72 hours of receiving it, depending on the concern/complaint we will forward it to the correct manager and they will be in contact either by writing or telephone call.
